Main Features

1. Human machine interface panel:

1) Operation panel is fixed in the middle of production line, in Chinese and English version.

2) Operation panel will alarm when lack of raw material, material splicing ,blower or vacuum pump tripping out

3) Operation panel can adjust the relative parameters of the product arraying position and quantity.

4) The panel will also show production speed(pcs/min), team production quantity, arraying quantity, total production quantity.

2. Materials feeding system:

1) SAP is controlled by servo motor, the dosing amount can be set on operation panel.

2) Elastic tightness adopt servo motor control, and can be set on touch screen.
